Ordering

Select your service on Verbikwo and use the matching Stripe or PayPal payment option shown. If paying through PayPal, enter the exact displayed amount and selected service names. An order is accepted only when Verbikwo confirms payment and confirms that the submitted materials are suitable and complete. Any underpayment must be corrected before work begins.

First-order discount

The advertised 20% discount is available once per new customer. Duplicate, misleading or ineligible use may require payment of the difference or cancellation and refund of the order.

Delivery

Our first seven confirmed customer orders have an introductory delivery target of 3–5 working days. From the eighth confirmed order onward, our normal target is 5–7 working days. The timeframe begins after both cleared payment and all usable instructions and documents have been received. We will tell you if an order needs more time. Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree a deadline in writing.

Ethical use

Verbikwo provides editing, coaching, analysis, templates and writing support. We will not impersonate a student, complete examinations, fabricate qualifications or references, or produce assessed work for dishonest submission. You remain responsible for checking and approving the final material and complying with your institution’s or employer’s rules.

Your materials

You confirm that you own or have permission to share everything you send. You retain ownership of your original materials. You permit Verbikwo to use them only as needed to provide and administer your order.

Revisions and problems

If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, contact us promptly. We will first try to correct the issue within a reasonable time. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted.

Cancellations

Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online service contracts. If you expressly ask us to begin during that period, you may have to pay for work already supplied. If the service is fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end. See the Refunds page.

Outcomes, liability and law

Verbikwo does not guarantee employment, interviews, admission, scholarships, grades or any other decision made by an employer, institution or third party. Our service is intended to strengthen the clarity, structure, relevance and professional presentation of the truthful information supplied by the customer, helping each document present the customer’s experience and suitability as effectively as possible. All recruitment and selection decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant employer or organisation. Nothing limits liability where the law does not allow it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
