Information we collect
- Your name, email address and contact details.
- Your order, instructions, correspondence and documents you send us.
- Payment confirmations and transaction references supplied by Stripe or PayPal. Verbikwo does not receive or store your full card details.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, confirm payments, provide the service you ordered, prevent fraud, keep business and tax records, resolve complaints and comply with legal obligations. We rely on performance of our contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations as appropriate.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, our website and email providers, and professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell personal information. Where providers process information outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards supplied by those providers.
Documents and retention
Only send documents you own or are permitted to share. Working documents will normally be deleted within 90 days after the completed work is delivered, unless a dispute or legal requirement means we must keep them longer. Transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to six years.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Email support@verbikwo.com or verbikwo@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and children
We take reasonable steps to protect information. Use the secure upload page for order documents rather than attaching them to ordinary email. Do not send passwords, bank-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Customers under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or guardian before ordering.
